La cantante estrenó un tema nuevo que, si bien no fue confirmado, parece estar dedicado a su ex-esposo.

Sabemos que Gwen Stefani domina el arte de las canciones de ruptura desde el gran tema "Don't speak", que compuso junto a su antigua banda No Doubt. Ahora, 10 años después, comprobó que el talento para este tipo de canciones sigue intacto.

A pocos meses de anunciar su divorcio del también músico Gavin Rossdale, Stefani estrenó su nuevo single, "Used to love you" en un concierto en Nueva York. "Nunca pensé que esto iba a pasar/Tengo que asumir que te fuiste/No sé lo que estoy sintiendo, debo de estar soñando que ya no estás", comienza la canción.

De acuerdo con la revista Paper, la cantante habló de lo personal que era la letra de esa canción para ella y lo importante que era compartirla con sus fans.
